Welcome!

If you are interested in becoming a member of Holy Name of Jesus Parish, you can call the office at 513-988-6335  for information, ask one of the ushers at Mass, or you can download and print out the registration form here. Once filled out, mail to Holy Name Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Ave., Trenton, OH 45067. You can also just drop off the form at the church office, drop it in the collection basket at one of the Masses or just hand it to one of the ushers after Mass.
